Pattern Inspiration from Nancy

Nancy - Of Washington and Arizona has sent in two great pictures of quilts she is working on for our 12 in 12 Quilt of Valor Challenge!!  I bet you will love them!!!

QOV 1 is a Split 9 patch 60 X 75.  Made blocks as I had scraps cut.  Started last year and finished top in 2012


QOV 2 is called Diamond Double.  A pattern by Cozy quilt designs.
This one is 61.5 X 72

Nancy Thank you SO much for sharing - both of these are so great!!! I may have to go check out the pattern for the Diamond Double!! Such a great effect.!!

    These are really nice! Now I have more to add to my growing pile of want to dos! I am really liking the 3D's! They are spectacular!

      I'm with you Tina! I want to do that one so bad! I have the pattern here somewhere just haven't put my hands on it yet :|...i need a maid as I'm NOT a housekeeper sort! lol

    The split 9 patch almost sparkles. Love it ! The diamond double is a great optical illusion. They will both go in my 'wanna do' folder. Thanks for sharing.

    Daniella from Cozy Quilts does a fabulous job with her patterns. She has a line of 'strip' quilts, as well as fat quarters. This weekend I bought her new book called Six something. It has 6 blocks to make into quilts, then how to mix the blocks into different 2 block quilts.
