Students from a local high school are making quilts as part of a community service project. The new Syracuse Woman magazine got wind of it and did a great article about the project. You can see the entire online version of the magazine (check out page 42!) here.

The actual event to make the quilts with the students is this Sunday, May 1st. Members of the Calico Gals staff have volunteered to be coaches.
